Studio randomizzato controllato Synergo vs. BCG
Comparazione di ipertermia locale (LHT) somministrata con Synergo combinata con instillazione
intravescicale di Mitomicina C (MMC) versus instillazione intravescicale
immunoterapica del bacillo di Calmette Guérin (BCG) per il trattamento
coadiuvante (profilattico) in pazienti a rischio medio-elevato di carcinoma
transizionale superficiale della vescica (STCCB).
Medical Enterprises ongoing clinical study started in 2002. It is a randomized,
multi-center study. Urology departments in Hospitals from Italy, France, The
Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Israel are participating in the study.

Popolazione dello Studio
Pazienti con
carcinoma transizionale superficiale della vescica a rischio medio-elevato (Ta,
T1, CIS) i quali vengono sottoposti a resezione transuretrale del loro tumore
come parte del trattamento medico ordinario.
